Big platforms charge owners 15 to 30% per booking, and that ends up in your price. Here the owner sets the price and keeps it. The collective runs on a small fixed contribution, not on a cut of your holiday.

Legal, registered, real. Or not on the site.

Since 2026 every holiday rental in Spain needs a registration number, and illegal listings get taken down, sometimes with guests already booked. We check every place against the official register, the owner's identity and the photos before it goes live. If a registration lapses, the place goes offline and we help you rebook.
